Suites & Rates
 Welcome to The Shirley Marvin. Each suite is a single-bedroom apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and private bathroom. The suites are fully-furnished in a comfortable vintage style. Linens and household items are supplied, and the kitchen is fully-outfitted. There's ample closet space in each suite, and there's also the potential for storing some of your things in a basement locker.
A queen-sized bed is standard with each suite; special arrangements can be made for additional guests. Washer and dryer are available in the basement for guest use; there's also our local laundromat a block away. Guests can choose to do their own housekeeping, or we'll be happy to provide it on a weekly basis.
 Each suite offers free cable TV and wifi, and a work desk for your convenience. Each suite comes with an assigned parking space on the property; additional parking is available on-street. Because of our excellent transit connections (bus and light rail) and a neighborhood ZipCar, you may find a car unnecessary.
We have bicycles available for guest use. An adjacent courtyard is available for sitting out. The lower units have porches with easy courtyard access, while the two upper suites have south-facing balconies.
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
